RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
USA Customers
As a company that focuses on creating custom sizes and that manufactures to your specification, returns can get a little tricky. Over the years we've tried to offer partial refunds, returns, and cancellations. However, we've found that to be taken advantage of and extremely costly. As such, we updated our policy to no longer offer returns, order edits, or cancellations after a 24 hour period post order for all but our Quick Ship Items.
Of course, if there's something wrong with the order, just let us know and we'll get it sorted out.
We've created this policy to help ensure a sustainable living wage for our team, continue to be able to provide great quality products, and ensure a clear experience for our customers.
For Quick Ship Items:
Any item can be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Quick Ship Items can be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges of these items will have a 35% restocking fee, and less the original shipping cost. If we provide the return label, it will be billed at cost.
International Customers
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns at this time for international orders.

Defective/Damaged Orders:
Damage happens, and we will make it right! If your order arrives damaged or defective just let us know within 30 days of delivery. Email photos of the damage along with the packing slip to [email protected].
