Damaged in Transit.
Damage due to transit can happen. We do all we can to protect your items when they leave our facilities so they show up ready for you to make something great. If you received a damaged item, please email images of the packaging, the packing slip, and the damage to your products to us HERE and we'll help get it taken care of for you.
Workmanship or Quality Issue.
If there is a defect due to workmanship, just let us know within the limited lifetime of the item (not valid for mis-use or normal wear and tear) and we will issue a return authorization and provide a shipping label at no charge to you.
